Our aloe-based Active Gel Toner provides a layer of soothing moisture, with hyaluronic acid and niacinamide to help maintain intracellular water in the skin. It is enhanced with active botanicals: rose of jericho, known for its ability to retain water in skin cells; white tea, calendula, and aloe to comfort the skin; and oat beta glucan to smooth the skin's texture and maintain softness. This product is meant to be used as a middle layer, between washing and applying a moisturizer or an oil serum.
FOR: Dry, combination, breakout-prone, and normal skin. We recommend patch testing (and ordering a sample first) for extremely sensitive skin.

- HOW: Use a tiny, pea-sized amount on damp skin after cleansing, before an oil serum or a moisturizer. If applying a cream as the top layer, allow the gel to dry almost completely before applying the cream. If using an oil serum as the top layer, apply the oil while the gel toner is still damp, or combine the gel and the oil together and apply. Avoid the eye area. Replace clear cap after each use.
Osmia's mission is to educate and energize conscious consumers who will savor our luxury skin care products in their daily wellness rituals. Our line is formulated with exceptional, natural ingredients, which we hope will inspire people to live in health and joy, with a softer impact on the planet. Osmia, as I use it, means "sense of smell". (It's derived from the medical word "anosmia", which is the inability to smell.) Every Osmia product is made with utmost attention to the scent and its aromatherapeutic benefits. In a broad sense, the word Osmia is also a reminder to notice your life - the color of the sky, the taste of your coffee, the feeling of your child's hand in yours. Because if we don't return to our senses, and soak up all the precious beauty that can be found in a regular old day, we are missing the point.
